Led workshop and presented individual paper at Spelman College

OCTOBER 2023 — From Saturday, September 30 to Tuesday, October 3, the Feminisms and Rhetorics 2023: A DeConference at Spelman College took place in Atlanta, Georgia. The theme was Feminisms and Reckonings: Interrogating Histories and Harms, Implementing Restorative Practices.

The workshop that I led at the 13th Biennial Feminisms & Rhetorics Deconference (above) was entitled: "Alienation & Alterity: Encountering Otherization in Theory and Art." I also presented an individual paper (below) called "The Scully Effect 25 Years Later: How has the alienation of women in STEM fields shifted over the past quarter-century if at all? Rhetorical studies might have answers."
