Penn State Summer Institute, Rhetoric Society of America 2023

MAY 2023 — After receiving an RSA scholarship and university funding, I attended the 2023 Rhetoric Society of America Summer Institute as a workshop and seminar participant. The workshop that I was accepted to (video below) was called Creative Critical Work and Rhetorical Practice and was taught by Jacqueline "Jackie" Rhodes (University of Texas at Austin) and Fiona "Freddie" Harris-Ramsby. The seminar was Rhetorical Listening in Action: Negotiating Troubled Identifications instructed by Krista Ratcliffe, Kyle Jensen, and Jessica Rivera-Mueller.
